convenient location friendly staff excellent breakfast
the hotel provided a convenient location near the main shopping area, with easy access to various attractions. i found the staff friendly, always ready with helpful advice. the room provided tea and coffee, a detail i very much appreciated. i started each day with the excellent breakfast offering considerable variety.
the elevator was quite small and often slow, which occasionally caused minor delays.

a decent place to stay
great location helpful staff small room limited breakfast
the location was excellent, close to both the train station and the beach. the staff was also very polite and helpful, so my stay was pleasant.
The room was quite small. It was hard to move around. also, the breakfast was the same every day, with not much variety.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (they were really good). the bed and linens were cozy. I found a nice selection of different pillow types for my comfort. the breakfast buffet had everything i wanted. it was fresh and tasty.
The lift only holds three people. It sometimes took a while to arrive.

convenient location polite staff limited storage carpet marking
the hotel's location was convenient for exploring. i found myself just a short walk from the train station and several key attractions. the staff members were always polite and ready to assist making my stay smoother.
the room i was initially assigned was a bit on the smaller side. storage space was somewhat limited which posed a challenge for organizing my belongings. also i noticed some markings on the carpets which detracted a bit from the overall cleanliness.

The staff offered complimentary water. This was a welcome gesture after a long journey! the hotel catered to my gluten-free needs at breakfast, AMAZING!!! leone gave us a very warm welcome. free coffee and hot chocolate was available in the lounge. I took advantage of this amenity several times.
the door had a noticeable gap, it didn't quite shut completely.

small room ineffective air conditioning
I encountered a few issues. the room felt quite small and cramped. also, the air conditioning was not very effective. It struggled to keep the room cool was nice, despite the staff's attempts to fix it.
